What is the PDF to PNG converter?

This tool converts each page of a PDF into a separate PNG image — useful when a form accepts only images, or to share one page on WhatsApp.

How to use it

  1. Upload a PDF.
  2. Choose the DPI (150 is good for screens, 300 for printing).
  3. Click Convert, then download single pages or all as a ZIP.

How it works

image width (px) = page width (inches) × DPI

Each page is drawn by the same PDF engine Firefox uses (pdf.js), at the DPI you choose, and saved as an image. Very large pages are capped so phones do not run out of memory.

Example

A 3-page A4 PDF at 150 DPI

3 images, each 1240 × 1754 px
Format: PNG

Frequently asked questions

Which DPI should I choose?

150 DPI is sharp on screens and small in size. Use 300 DPI for printing or when text must be very clear.

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

Yes — scanned pages are simply drawn as they are.

Password-protected PDFs?

Remove the password first; locked PDFs cannot be opened in the browser.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDF or card photos are processed inside your browser and never sent anywhere — safe for Aadhaar, PAN and other documents.
